Bad grades

AI said A+ on a chart you'd never trade? Or rejected a setup that printed? Drop the chart. These make the model better.

Pricing and plans

Price too high? Wrong free tier shape? Missing a plan that fits your account size? I read every pricing email.

Edge cases

Timeframe, broker, or chart style the tool chokes on? That's exactly what I want to hear about.
